Our family found mold when we were remodeling our flooring, so we called Quick restore to help us out. We got in touch with Chris who quickly got us in contact with Ben. Ben was responsive and efficient in coming out the next day. He was most importantly kind and HONEST about the actual severity of the mold and took care of our affected areas. Great service and 5 stars all around!

I had water back up from kitchen to bathroom. I thought a simple “snake” job would repair problem til plumber noticed water damage to kitchen cabinets and wall. This simple job turned into repiping the whole house, drying out the house and asbestos removal by Quick Restore and it was all handled by my assigned Project Manager TIAN. I felt I won the jackpot having such a respectful, kind, such knowledgeable, involved, professional woman assisting me in uncharted territory even helping me through the various process. Future customers will be very happy using this company and having TIAN as your Project Manager! Give this woman a raise and a bonus!! Thanks again TIAN for all your help as I was so overwhelmed til you came along.

As of today, quick restore has not shown up 3 times that they scheduled. They also have unfinished drywall work they cut out and have yet to replace. Getting this company to do what they are supposed to do is like pulling teeth. They come out and do some “assessment” then have a plumber come out, the plumber says they need to do more work, they come back and do very minimal work, quick restore and the plumber have been going back and forth constantly. This has been going on with me for over 2 months now. There’s a manager named (Steve or Steven) this guy will show up barely give you the time of day and or tell you what’s actually going on, then he’s gone. When I tried to call / text him (over 5 times) there’s no response. Don’t waste your time with this company. 2 months already waiting just to get my plumbing fixed. Place is a joke. Update 12/18/23 no progress has been made, bathroom still torn apart, no word from quick restore. When pressed about what’s going on quick restores response is “our team is still assessing your project”. There’s no way it takes about 6 months to fix a pipe and patch the wall. Update: 01/15/24 They sent a guy to finish up the repairs, the guy said he was finished, 3/4 of the job was done. Yet again there’s a wall that they cut, that they didn’t repair. They just lee dragging the project out till the littlest. Conclusion : 6/12/24 They never ended up finishing the work to the point where I had to break my lease due to new mold, and unfinished rooms. Avoid this company at all costs. It’s a scam the more negative reviews you read all the same. Yes, this company is garbage.

Quick Restore is an absolute #1 recommendation. From the time of my initial ‘panic’ call due to basement flood, until the last follow up call when everything was all put back together, the service standards by Quick Restore were of high quality. I am so appreciative for their immediate response, care, and detailed follow through. Many thanks to all of the team!

Our sewer came up under our tile and the plumbers dispatched Quick Restore. Trevor came out the same day and helped with documentation, detected all of the water damage and he got samples of our walls for testing for potential hazards. He also guided us through the insurance process. He was wonderful! I submitted my claim and got going on the plumbing repairs which included re-piping our entire home. Being displaced suddenly is hard, but QR had a team called “Boxed” to pack us out. They got their sample from the walls back in 1-3 days and we had asbestos, so they sent in the decontamination and containment team for the walls. They did the same when asbestos was discovered under tile in certain areas of our house. They sent someone to estimate damages and repair costs. Then Chase built an estimate for our insurance company and submitted it after our adjuster came out. After the plumbing was finished, they promptly began the demo process of removing all our tile and leveling and sanding, fixing drywall etc. Chase was very helpful and always willing to explain what was covered and not covered. We decided to have our own painter and they were ok with that. They assigned a project manager, Chris to oversee the teams and communicate with us if we had questions or concerns. Sadly, our tile was in stock when we chose it, and out of stock when we ordered it. So we had about a 3-4 week delay. Once it docked in Houston, I let Chris know that the subcontractors for the tile could start 4/12/24. They asked for 4/15, then 4/17, then they were “tired from coming off a job in Vegas” and started 4/19. I had asked for a full days work on that Friday, 4/19 and we also gave explicit instructions not to throw away any tile. On 4/19 only 6 tile were laid, that’s right, just 6. AND we found some in our trash. This led us to get bids on what was left to finish our house. The given turn around was 3 more weeks, plus move in time. We ended up parting ways with QR in order to get home in less than 2 weeks. However, I told QR that they were wonderful, their subcontractors had lost them the rest of the job. If you go with QR- which I recommend you do, get Trevor, Chase and Chris. Have them handle all the initial mayhem and insurance and containment and demo. Have your own team do painting and tile though (we went with Zona Floors for flooring). That’s my advice. 🙂

I have never had a worst experience with a company than with Quick restore. They are incredibly unorganized, incredibly unprofessional, and honestly borderline fraudulent on what they put on bills. They never even gave me a quote for mitigation stuff (literally putting up 3 fans, and cutting out 7 square feet of drywall, and when the bill came it was almost 8K, with an additional 5k for rebuild cost. They will give you the run around like no other, they will complicate your life in an already complicated situation. THEY would text / call me asking if they could stop by, then when I got the bill, every visit was “an after hours call” even though they scheduled it. They also said they were there for 10 hours, when realistically it was probably 4 even accounting for 2 people as I was there every time. They charged 1,000’s of dollars for no reason and getting someone on the phone to help you is next to impossible. I ended up doing all of the work myself because this company left such a terrible taste in my mouth, and they still got almost all of my insurance payout for literally doing nothing. I can’t believe this company is still in business, and their dishonest tactics and lies will soon catch up with them. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! AND NEVER TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU ON THE FIRST VISIT

We had water damage in our garage and spare bedroom from a water heater leak. Once we got Quick Restore on the case the action started. They throughly checked all the damage and fixed the drywall as soon as possible because of the air from the Arizona heat now entering the house. Tian did an amazing job keeping me informed of the project and answered all my questions. The bedroom and garage wall were restored and look fabulous.

Very efficient company who did a very good job on hour house, but the problem is that our insurance won’t cover and at the same time we lost one of our family member. They wrote off our expense, which I would give them a big thank you to the company.

I highly recommend this company. I had a leak in my laundry room/spare bathroom and they worked right away with the plumbing company to get the mitigation work completed. They also walked me through the insurance process and were able to get the drywall repairs scheduled and completed faster than I had anticipated. Justin and Tian were awesome in getting everything squared away. I hope I don’t need them again but would definitely use Quick Restore in the future.
