We had a leak in our office that resulted in mold. Our call to PuroClean Temecula resulted in fast friendly service. Their office immediately dispatched a technician, Rod, to our office. Rod explained the procedure very thoroughly, so we felt at ease with what was about to happen. We received a fair estimate and hired them right away. Rod and Ryan arrived on time on demo day, did a great job in keeping us updated on the status, and the place was left neat and tidy. You won’t find a nicer pair of guys than these two. Dani in the office kept us updated with scheduling; she is a sweetheart that is very knowledgeable about her job. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire this team if the need should arise. Owners Jon and Carly are there to help when you need them. This is truly a team effort to make the customers feel comfortable with the process. I have to give this company five stars because they were very professional in handling my repairs. They accommodated all my requests and made the restoration experience 100 percent to my satisfaction. PuroClean Restoration did an amazing job helping us get our home back to normal from start to finish. We’ve had incidents of slab leaks seeped across our kitchen and living room floors. The PuroClean responded immediately after contacting them . They were very helpful and always answered quickly whenever I had questions about the whole process. They even help me call and talk to the insurance staff to get approval to cover the damage. Finally, we succeeded after 3 months of obtaining approval as a result of their efforts. When we got final approval from the insurance company, Jon and his team did an amazing job fixing and renovating a home and leaving it looking even better than before. They immediately started installing the drywall and installing the floors and finished that quickly as well, and after that, they started measuring and designing the kitchen cabinets and painting the walls as well. Then, they started installing kitchen cabinets and installing appliances. Finally, he makes sure everything looks good and is installed correctly. The whole experience with them and all the people Jon sent to finish the job went smoothly. Thank you for each and every one of you! They were all professionals at what they do, they were all courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. Great job! I am so glad for what you did for our house. I highly recommend them! Where to begin… here’s the good part – Rod was very good when the food first happened. Once Jon and Carly stepped in, everything went down hill. There are like five different business / contractors that will come and go from your house.. one of the ‘contractors’ that came out seemed rough but nice. Until I heard him explain to his coworker how he had been shot twice in the head, was recently released from prison, and just started doing this kind of work. The next day he smelled so badly of cigarettes and booze, two of daughters had to leave for the day. His wife sat in his van in our driveway smoking cigarettes the entire time he worked. We told Jon and Carly about this and they dismissed our concerns, saying, ‘he has a heart of gold!’ That is probably true.. but I didn’t want him in my home for hours a day with daughters there, not to mention that he was not very Which seems to be a theme here.. not only did the job take two months longer than promised, they forgot to attach our washer and dryer together and they went flying across the room the first time we used them. Jon was the one had ‘checked’ this work and given me the ok that they were ready to use. Now our expensive new units were scratched up and did not work properly. Jon told us to say they came that way and return them. We could not return them, so we called a repair man to come out. He could NOT believe what had happened – they forgot to attach them together AND the shipping bolts had not been removed. Because we now had a damaged washer and dryer that we couldn’t return, Carly told us she was trying to get us a supplemental check from the insurance company to cover that. They did get it sent to us and said, ‘you’re welcome, hopefully that will make up for the late work and the washer and dryer!’ Then they sent us bill a month later for additional work done. I have included a couple quick photos I have on my phone. There are PLENTY more showing the bad work and damaged items. Included here are the uncaulked molding everywhere, scotch tape holding up molding that was then painted over, and one small part of the Danegeld washer. Do NOT use these guys…
