When I initially called I was super excited about this company. The fellow first confirmed they serve my location and told me someone would reach out to me within 10-15 minutes and most likely would be out in a day or two for an inspection and he assured me they would work to get me scheduled in a timely manner. If I was basing my review on that part, I could give more stars. Unfortunately the person who called me after told me because of the Tornadoes our job was too small for them and they wouldn’t take on our need. When you’re busy with good money jobs, the little stuff just gums up the works. But just remember it’s the people with the SMALL jobs that got you started. Not impressed at all.

The best part is these gentlemen working clean up their messes. Our home had alot of damages and it’s so stressful. They had to cut all the walls up 4ft through the entire home but they cleaned up the mess. They are doing a great job. The gentlemen are very polite and professional. Hope to never have to do business like this again but if we do we will call rytech back…

They never completed the First project, after 10 months, and when they arrived to do the second project and I had asked to please finish the first project before the second for tens of thousands of dollars, they weren’t interested. The second project they had said was necessary, upon Multiple other Professional evaluations and testing, was not even Necessary!! This is Aside from damaging ( unintentional, but still not remedied or acknowledged , some expensive items that one of their employees had broken). I strongly recommend based upon extensive experience, to Use Serv Pro

Grateful for assessment and then they immediately treated the issue. Our mold was relatively minor, but needed attention. Logan, our technician, was professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. Don’t wait if you see mold forming.

Robert Barnhart Operations Manager said that the estimate is free but Veronica Sparrow Operations Coordinator sent us an email saying it’s $150 and we have to reschedule after another 8 days. Which would be false advertisement regarding the free estimates, and would be too late for our closing date on the property. Unprofessional and don’t respond properly. We could not get a confirmation for our appointment after 4 phone calls and 3-4 emails, and they will charge you for estimates. Not recommended.

Rytech Tallahassee is a wonderful company for water and mold mitigation. The owner, Maria, was very helpful in arranging services regarding moisture issues in our home. Logan, the technician, was prompt, courteous, professional and engaging. He was also mindful of the floors because he used shoe covers. A big plus for me!! I highly recommend this company.
