They communicated fantastically, showed up on time, explained what they were doing (and what the test results meant), as well as offered some great actionable ideas. I called Steve with Green Home Solutions and they came out and solved my mold issue that same week. I was in a pickle and overwhelmed when we found mold inside the walls but they made it a super easy process and have eased my mind. These guys are GREAT! I highly recommend them!

Steve and Joenah were very responsive to any questions that we had during our unfortunate journey with water damage. At the time of the damage we had a 3 month old which made everything a bit more pressing. Between our newborn at home and my spouse working remotely, Steve and Joenah helped us to navigate insurance, relocate briefly, and return safely when the work was completed. They made the whole process feel comfortable and straightforward, which is all you can ask for when you hire someone to demo your home!! I would definitely hire them again but I hope I never have to!!

Green Home Solutions did an air sample of our home and church. Our home needed mold remediation, but the church lab results were clean. Steve was very pleasant to work with, answered all my questions patiently and clearly, and did excellent work. I am extremely pleased and have already recommended them to others.

I have hired green home solutions on 2 occasions. One was a fire with no physical damage but intense smoke smell and the other was water damaged drywall in my garage. On both occasions, their amazing staff tirelessly made both of my spaces livable again! Huge thank you and will continue to use and refer them on any projects that need better air quality!

Loved working with Steve and his company! They did a thorough mold inspection in our newly purchased home, and did a great job treating our basement to ensure it would remain mold free. Extremely friendly and professional. I recently got one of his new air scrubbers so I could apply some high VOC stain down in my basement and it completely eliminated the slightest hint of fumes. We hired Steve to initially inspect and test for mold in an old, but newly purchased home. He answered his phone and took our information on the first call. He provided us with basic information and offered to come out to the property within a couple of days of the initial call. On inspection day, a Friday, he promptly arrived with his gear to complete a thorough inspection and test samples of the mold and air. He communicated by phone and text before, during, and after. Once he left, he sent the samples off to the lab. We received detailed reports from him and the lab via email on the following Tuesday. He followed up with a phone call to discuss what it all meant, and the severity of the mold in the home. Week or so later, he went back to the property with a contractor. They inspected the property together and followed up with an hour long conference call with me within a few days. We discussed action plans, and what exactly the property needed. We decided to take the first step of just demolition (removing the affected walls, subfloor, and ceiling), so that the contractor could give us a more exact estimate of what we were looking at, in terms of joist replacement and such. Steve called and was able to start the project about a week earlier than expected. He kept me updated by text. Due to winter storms, there were some delays, but the job was finished and really allowed us to see the full scope of things. His quotes for demo, removing the mold, sanitizing, dehumidifiers, vapor barriers, etc were very reasonable. Steve was very transparent and available through thr full process. I would recommend him and his team, as his communication skills are fantastic, and that is something very hard to come by in the service industries like this.

Steve and team are very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I was able to get a quick inspection on short notice and they worked with me to make sure everything was clean as we were moving in. The crawl spaces and high light fixtures look great. They also installed a dehumidifier for us. Great team! Highly recommend.

My basement flooded and I had green home come out. They were there very quickly and got to work right away. Very responsive and easy to work with. Steve is awesome and his guys do a great job. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to all my friends!
