Two weeks ago, Holy Spirit Lutheran Church experienced a major water leak. We called Clean Masters, and their response time was critical in minimizing our water damage. The team removed all the water in our hallways and set up equipment immediately. This happed the Thursday before Mother’s Day. Prior to our service on Mother’s Day, Clean Masters sent two team members to Holy Spirit to turn off all equipment and clear our hallway to ensure safe passage to our sanctuary for all attendees. After the service was over, they returned to restart all equipment. I have worked with Clean Masters for over 25 years and their dedication to customer service continues to impress me. Their customer service is second to none. A big thank you to the entire Team at Clean Masters.

We had a laundry room flood on the second floor that leaked into the garage in December 2023. I called Clean Masters, and they were at our home in less than an hour! They immediately began to work to mitigate the flooding while working with our homeowners insurance. NO money asked for upfront. Bernard, one of their technicians then came to our home each day to check on the progress. He was extremely professional and friendly with our family at every interaction. The water damage was mitigated. We were never asked for payment from Clean Masters! Our insurance company sent us a check and then we paid our balance. We were very pleased with their service!

I had to use Clean Masters at my rental unit, on a Friday at 2:00am. Andrew and his team was out within 30min, almost made it there before my Husband. Andrew and his team was very professional, check the unit as asked, came back to remove some drywall. During the removal oh drywall they were able to keep the dust and particles at a minimum but if there was a mess they vacuumed everything up. I feel Andrew and team (wish I knew all their names) was awesome. We highly recommend and would use them again. Thank you to the office staff as well. Very friendly and understanding. The ceilings looked like we were invaded by aliens. lol

When I got my rug home it didn’t lay out right , it had a cress in the middle of the rug, looks like where it was hanging up on a pole to dry.

The receptionist who I called to scheduled was respectful and friendly. They were on time. They were friendly. They asked exactly what I needed so they could focus on it and they got every stain out except 1 red that just isn’t going to come out because the carpet is old. They even gave me a bottle of spit treatment after they finished. My carpets have never looked better. I highly recommend them.

Would have give 5 stars, but there were several areas where they left standing water which caused slip hazards. Two weeks later and no lingering dog smells. I will use them again for this reason.
