There’s nothing quite like the sinking feeling of walking into water pouring from the ceilings and walls of your beautiful home. Standing ankle deep in what has to be days’ worth of an upstairs rupture as everything around you is destroyed. Then the helpers come. The weeks that followed were a bustle of ripping out walls cabinets floors ceilings and of course, anything that moved, loud equipment dried the structure that could be saved. Servepro employees were always so wonderful and professional. I hope I never need their services again, but I’m so glad to know they are available should that time ever come. I had water damage on my cabinets and mold growing. I called servpro to come and look at it. They were fast to come out to look but the inspector ignored my opinion that it was my dishwasher leaking. He was nice but he didn’t check the dishwasher at all. I had a plumber come out today and we discovered it was the dishwasher leaking. It’s my home I had a feeling where the problem was and I was ignored probably because I’m a woman. 🤷🏻‍♀️ What a waste of 85 bucks.

Every time I have dealt with SERVPRO in Suffolk, they have been extremely responsive, professional and efficient. When we had a water leak in our house 2 years ago, they were there in 30mins and had all the water removed, fans running within an hour. Recently, my Mother had mold growing mysteriously in her closet, and upon inspection, Justin Shomaker (Manager with SERVPRO) noticed and measured high humidity in the house but no water damage or leak. He made a small correction on her thermostat which began to correct the humidity problem immediately. Not only did he refuse I pay him for a service call but he scheduled another technician to return this week for a free follow-up to make sure the small correction worked. Highly recommended.

This company was very professional. The project went smoothly and was well- managed with no issues to delay progress. The entire staff was friendly, respectful and worked hard. Justin and Shane are very good managers of their teams and the project as a whole! We were happy an unpleasant and inconvenient project was run so well making the completion of work much easier to handle. The contractor JAC Inc. that did some of the project on behalf of ServPro did a fine job and their team was very friendly, hard-working and always on time. The moving company 1-800- Packouts did a great job also! Thank you so much for your professionalism and organization to complete our project!

Wasn’t what I thought…they used a whip hose in in my flex duct…said my duct was soft..didn’t take the grills of till I said something.. came up the stairs with hose and ladder at the same time not worried about banging my walls. Was not at all impressed. One vent slid back in the knee wall…fixed myself

I had some water damage restoration work completed in my basement. The work was completed, but not totally to what I asked/paid for. Instead of sealing the cleaned areas with a white coating of sealant, they used a clear coat product, leaving the area looking like nothing had been done. I had to go reseal the entire area myself, increasing my costs and time spent doing work I felt I had already paid for. The company is reputable, and I would probably use them again, but would make sure that all the specifics were in writing to ensure satisfaction for the cost of the work requested.

Had SERVPRO of Suffolk come out for a dishwasher leak that had gone on for a while causing quite a bit of damage to my rental property. Their guys were out and had the situation under control within hours. Appreciate the timeliness and professionalism of your team.
