We are extremely pleased with the response and personal attention given to us when we accidentally melted a plastic bowl. We had odor throughout the house and melted plastic on the wall, racks and floor of our gas oven. We have heard how well Servpro responds when people have large problems but we were amazed at how conscientious the staff was in dealing with what was probably a very small job for the company. Starting with Ben Weaver and Tracy Coldwell, our problem was treated seriously and with an immediate response. Chuck Rager and Sharon, AKA “Buck”, also from this office were then enlisted to help, and managed to impressively clean those oven parts that were able to be taken to their shop. Two air purifiers were provided and did an excellent job of removing the fumes from our home. Within 24 hours Mr. Weaver and Chuck personally made a home visit to inspect the oven and perform a final cleaning. We received a reasonable bill and will not hesitate to use Servpro of Ebensburg again, and will enthusiastically recommend them to others.

ServPro was fantastic! They were so kind and courteous and cleaned our house after a smoke incident that resulted in extreme loss and damage to the home. Though much of the contents had to be eliminated, they were sensitive to this and encouraged us the whole way that they would save whatever they could. They moved quickly and got us back into our home much sooner than we ever anticipated.

Servpro was the first call I made when I discovered water dripping down through my bathroom ceiling exhaust fan. Turns out, it was the only phone call I needed to make! Mike, Dave, Sean, Mandy, and the entire crew came out that evening to perform initial mitigation, and worked closely with me to ensure that the reinstallation of the new fan was handled properly, efficiently, and affordably. I can’t thank them enough for taking what seemed at first like a potential disaster and turning it into a breeze. I hope I’ll never need to call them again, but if I do – I won’t hesitate!

Very professional team led by Chuck Rager. Communication was great the entire time and service quality was top notch. We had water damage on the main floor of our home and a flooded basement. They came out the same day we called and promptly started to clean up and work on prepping the damaged areas for repairs. We are very happy with the service we received. Chuck and his team were excellent to work with!

Ur guys came to my house on 9/14 to start the restoration in my living room from water damage last year and ur guys are awesome they made sure everything was cover and protected before the even started
