After calling literally 10 companies, Tony D. really helped me understand my water damage problem. He went above and beyond to diagnose the cause. He did this all over the phone and he didn’t have to because it is a minor problem and not major project. He was committed to helping me understand and solve the problem because he genuinely cares. I couldn’t have done it without his help. I recommend The Flood Team and Tony because if they go above and beyond what is expected of them.

It’s hard to explain how helpful, Anthony, from the Flood Team was — in what was an extremely difficult situation. He was my eyes and ears when my house flooded this winter and I was not in town. His communication, attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the service he provided are unmatched and rare among service vendors. He went well beyond the call of duty, checking on the property consistently and informing me of any concerns and guided the process — likely saving the house from much bigger problems down the road. I am incredibly thankful to Anthony and The Flood Team and highly recommend him / them if you find yourself with a significant water / flood situation.

We had a pipe break in our basement. A plumber referred us to The Flood Team and they were a pleasure/relief to work with. Shane came out and explained everything while be long very understand and accommodating. I also spoke with Amy multiple times who helped guide us through the process of everything, extremely nice and helpful!

The flood team did a fantastic job cleaning up from a major flood in my home (due to a tree crashing through the roof during a big storm). They cleaned up all the wet and damaged contents, pulled damaged drywall and carpet, and installed fans and heaters to dry everything out. Shane Plopper (St. Louis) in particular went “above and beyond” expectations to make sure my home was cleaned up, dried out, and protected from further damage. He attached an excellent tarp on the roof to help prevent further flooding. He also did a great job with the contents inventory for my insurance company.

I think Donny Reader did a fantastic job of removing a root ball from my sewer line. He was efficient and courteous. It took awhile but he didn’t stop until the job was done. He helped clean up the basement when he finished the job! Just GREAT!

The Flood team was amazing! Dan made all of our worries and problems go away on that gloomy day along with a great team! They put Service Master to shame in my book. We had back up in 2022 and we used SM. The Flood Team out did them to shame and when they left we were beyond happy!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so glad I called The Flood Team. After the heavy rains, I discovered about 3 inches of water in my basement. Anthony and his team came out the next day, explained everything and they not only did what they said, they even did EXTRA!! They brought me great peace of mind! They were fast and transparent. When my basement flooded, I didn’t know where to turn— but thankfully Dan was able to come out very quickly to stay pumping out he water. But that’s not what stood out in my overall experience. I still needed to get all the contents out, drywall removed, mold issues addressed, dehumidifiers installed… and Dan and his partner Marlena and other workers did it ALL. I could tell it wasn’t just a job for them— they knew we were devastated and worked with us to save what we could. They took the time to talk about the process and save us money where possible. I don’t ever want to need their services again! But if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them.
