I have put my trust in Dusty and his services twice now. This man is an honest, good hearted person that genuinely wants to help. He is a man that has great listening skills and a wealth of knowledge that he happily passes on to others. Dusty first helped me with my own home two years ago with mold remediation. He was fair with pricing, and willing to work with me on the work that his team of technicians did. I kept his phone number for future business. Fast forward to now, I asked for some advice on a problem in my mother’s home. I was there to help fix several issues. I called him regarding some water damage around a shower. He made himself available the following day and arrived on time. He used his tools to scan the area for moisture, and advised me on what needed to happen next. Dusty was calm and collected, and I never felt rushed or forced into a work contract. He is a fantastic asset to Servicemaster, and I will gladly refer Dusty to anyone in need of restoration work.

ServiceMaster Restoration by AAA is simply AMAZING. When we discovered we had water damage from leaking faucet, they responded very quickly. The technicians and owner are very informative, knowledgeable and professional. They provided us with progress reports every step of the way. They were flexible with our schedule and needs.
