My mom had some water damage in her bathroom that caused a mess. Her insurance chose to hire these guys and after taking 13 grand to do practically nothing over the course of like 2 months she finally got rid of them because they weren’t responsive and weren’t getting anything done. In the few interactions I had with them while they were there, they unprofessional and absurdly inefficient which ends up being extremely costly for anyone looking to hire them because it takes a sick amount of labor for them to get anything done.

Where do I even start? I’ll have to agree with everything Catolyn said. Being a single Mom and already having so much stress added to my plate, this was the last thing I needed. It’s been nothing but stress. I’m not impressed at all with the owner, his workers are good and communicate to me more than him. Its been a long few months. I’m promised to be moved back in by the 15th! I’ll keep everyone updated. 🙃

6 months later and the project still isn’t done. So many days they said they would come and they never showed up. They hired a company to build cabinets and that was like a 4 month wait and they were built poorly. They hired a plumber to put in a temp sink and it wasn’t installed correctly and leaked all over our exposed wood and subfloor. The people in the team don’t seem to be on the same page. Every time they try to finish another problem surfaces. And then I have to start doing the weekly phone calls to see if they will ever show up to fix the problem. We used them because they were contracted with USAA. I’ve never been disappointed by a USAA recommendation, but I would never go through this process with them ever again.
