I have had a couple jobs with Carter and he is so great to work with. Great communication and they do a great job at containing the mess that comes along with a restoration job so it doesn’t travel through the rest of your home that isn’t being worked on. I will continue to use 911 restoration they were the best to work with!

We had a flood in our home on Father’s Day and that day Carter and his Dad showed up to help. It was a big deal to me that these guys showed up to help on. Sunday and on Father’s Day! Carter and his Dad were/are very professional, kind and caring. Carter was able to answer all of my questions confidently. They came immediately when I called and were there through the entire process. Always communicated well and did great work. We had an issue with the insurance and they went to bat for me and handled everything on my behalf. Will definitely call again if I ever have an emergency like this.

We had a mold issue that we had to cover out of pocket. It was unclear how extensive the mold was, and it turned out to be less than we imagined. Carter and the Team at 911 Restoration were very fair with us, professionally resolving the issue without performing unnecessary work, and saving us money. It would have been easy for a less scrupulous company to take advantage of us, and I’m glad to say 911 Restoration is an organization with integrity.

Carter and his people were so great to work with! They arrived almost immediately after we called, to assess the damage. They then began the cleanup and drying process for us, which took 5 days! They were super-concerned about us, and did everything possible to ensure our safety and comfort. We can’t say enough good things about them and the way they took care of us! We are especially happy about the extra effort they took in moving and safeguarding our 1927 grand piano. We are very grateful for all they did for us, and recommend them highly to anyone needing restoration services!
