Following a furnace puff back that coated the entire insides of an old multi-family home, Jeff busted his keister to remove every speck of soot he could – & we were absolutely floored by the result – It’s basically a brand new home! Plenty more to go wrong in a house this old, and for any restoration project that we could need him for, we’re calling Jeff!

I called ServiceMaster for a mold/moisture inspection. Jeff Gavioli came out this morning and I could not have asked for a better experience. He inspected my home, checked my walls and basement for mold and moisture and gave me a really great education. I am so thrilled I called this company. If I ever had a moisture problem I would definitely use this company. He reassured me my home was in good condition and I just needed a good dehumidifier. Many, many thanks. Karen

I awoke to a flooded basement and took a chance by calling Servicemaster. Cathy’s voice was absolutely reassuring and she was very helpful with suggestions of next steps. Jeff was timely in showing up and persistent in getting everything dry. He was very detailed in documenting the damages for my insurance company. I hope I never need them again but feel good knowing they are there!

The home we were renting had previously been inhabited by cats. The odor of cat urine was unbearable. ServiceMaster got the job down! They were able to eliminate the pungent ammonia smell. Thank you!

Where do I begin: prompt response to my initial call; help in dealing with insurance company; trustworthiness of cleaning crew; communication and accessibility thruout process; willingness to leave VaporShark, even before the insurance authorization came thru.
