I was fortunate enough get David Daniels as the project manager for my home, and he did a wonderful job. He helped me navigate through a difficult claim. The contractor that worked with me was Jony Rivera. He is a creative and talented young man. I cannot say enough about Harrison Loftin who was supportive of me from the first day of the claim until the very end. We had a leak in the ceiling of our dining room from a cracked bathtub. The restoration team came out the same day and set up a dehumidifier & fans to dry out and treat the wood. Very prompt and courteous.

December 2022 before the freeze and just a few days before Christmas, we had a water leak from an ice maker and I called the plumber. They in turn called woodlands water restoration, they came quickly to our need but pulled the entire kitchen out; never stopped once when they found mold which was active and wet , we had just bought this house and had no idea it had a leak under the sink that soaked the entire island, and was obviously old. When they ripped this out and saw mold they should’ve stopped and contained the area, turned off the AC unit and asked us to leave. Fast forward to the last 6 grueling months of sickness from black mold and spores that entered into our air ducts and grew over the summer time that cost us 50k to remediate. IF this would’ve been done properly then mold spores wouldn’t have made their way jnto our AC unit and made me very ill. To make it right they need to right their wrongs. From what each mold inspector we’ve had in the house each have told us this was the source of our issue. Not handling mold properly. Even the guys here doing the work said, they should’ve been wearing mask, which they should have been and stopped the work. If I knew mold like I know now we should’ve even left the home in this process. Just beware they do the right thing when mold is found and discarded or you might be in for a rude awakening months later like we were. ** IF you have seen my concerns and I’ve called Jason about them long ago, is there a reason I have to call YOU and you can’t make this right?
