I cannot express how grateful I am for the team at CTR. They were in charge of my restoration project in my bathroom. Emmanuel was always very good at communicating with me and helped me understand the process the whole way. Then I was fortunate enough to have Jeremy as the contractor who rebuilt my bathroom. He went out of his way to get me through each hiccup that was presented. As they know, this was a long and frustrating 3 months for me as a new homeowner. They were efficient, professional and the work was outstanding. I am finally back in my home and have a beautiful new bathroom. I am so glad they were the company sent out and will go to Jeremy for any future work that needs to be done!

The team of Emanuel , Max and Jeremy were very professional and considerate. They kept me posted at all times. They took care of the flood in a timely manner and the repair job was perfect. I will and have recommended them to people I know who were in the same situation. Give them a call you won’t be dissapointed

Great experience using CTR for our reconstruction after our basement flooded. They did quality work and communicated frequently about time and project updates. Our carpets and floors were well protected and they were easy to contact. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly as well. Thank you to Jeremy, Mikey, and Max for a job well done!

We used CTR for a recent flood at our house. The mitigation team was great – prompt, good communication and thorough. We appreciated the response of the management team when we had a few issues with the reconstruction, they were responsive, fair and we would recommend CTR to others based on this experience. In these situations not everything goes as planned, but the follow up and customer service of the management showed that they truly care about their customers.

I used CTR for both mitigation and remodel and was so impressed with how thoroughly they were able to repair the damages. Having sewage water in your child’s bedroom can be very traumatic and my daughter was distraught. Working with Jeremy and Crystal made the whole process so much smoother and things look brand new. Highly recommend this company for all your remediation needs.

We are in the middle of a very difficult (for us) water damage event. We had a dishwasher fail which resulted in our kitchen being gutted. After the initial remediation with another company, CTR is doing our rebuild. Once we switched to CTR we knew we were in good hands. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been extremely kind and compassionate. On initial contact their concern was that we were as comfortable as possible given the condition. They set up a temporary sink (complete with sink sprayer:) for a make shift kitchen. Insulation was also added this week to help make the cold weather doable. Their attitude was a 180 degree turn from the initial water restoration company. Everyone has been over the top kind, answering our questions and easing the way. I have not dealt with a bad employee. They have all been excellent! From Emanuel our project manager to Jeremy who is making sure our temporary kitchen works for us. My only criticism would be that it is slow going but I understand that is more due to how construction is in Spokane right now. It didn’t help that our leak happened right before Thanksgiving. I would definitely recommend CTR.
