I am absolutely appalled at the service this company and its subcontractors have to offer. The subs aren’t even licensed within the state. They left the plumbing uncovered where they took up the toilet. When they were asked about it they said oh! Put a rag in it. Well that isn’t how things work. Then for them to have an unlicensed plumber come and reset the toilet it was $352. They absolutely take advantage of the elderly. This is uncalled for and a report will be filed with SC LLR on 2/28/24 . Make it right Service Master stop draining the elderly or in fact anyone in a bad situation.

The carpet cleaning was great however the technician failed to do a final walk through with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service. He removed all hoses and said he was done. I mentioned I required some furniture to be moved which I was going to do. It would have taken a minute to move. He brushed it off and left. So I’m not completely satisfied with the service because all rooms were not cleaned to my satisfaction. The areas they did do were great but not ensuring the customer was satisfied at completion and blowing my concerns off is the reason for the two stars.

Carpet cleaning 4 large rooms and stairs. I had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster. Haley was my carpet cleaning professional and she did an amazing job. The price was good. This is our 2nd steam cleaning with them. Just before Covid and now. We will keep their number on our speed-dial for next time.

The absolute WORST company for tile work. They took 5 months to complete a remodel on a simple tiled shower. Completely destroyed our bathroom & had to have a different crew in mid way to finish the job, which still was done poorly! They ruined our wall, broke our sink from laying their tools in it, mix matched our bathroom tile, trespassed in different parts of our home, & took it upon their selves to crank our heat up when we weren’t home! Ben is the worst at responding! The whole company has extremely poor professionalism. We will be making sure everyone we know in Spartanburg county knows to never go through them!

The workers at ServiceMaster were very professional and efficient. They were on time and very considerate. Minimized the damage done by the flooding in our home. An excellent resource to have on call.

I cannot emphasize enough how professional these guys are. Recently I had a mishap on one of my customers properties I called and asked for help they were there in less than 2 hours and took care of the situation professionally as well as promptly. I can say nothing but good things about these folks. Ps… They are not cheap and they are not overly expensive but is my granddaddy used to say you can do it right or you can do it twice but if you have to do it twice boy is it going to cost you. Let somebody that does a good job do it the first time you may pay a few more dollars but you’ll be thanking yourself all the way to the bank when you don’t have to do it the second time.
