SCAM. I recently engaged Rx Restoration for paneling removal and mold cleanup, as specified in their contract. Unfortunately, the service provided was unsatisfactory. The paneling removal was incomplete, and the mold cleanup was not performed. Given that these services were included in the initial quote, I requested a price reduction to reflect the unfulfilled aspects of the contract. My interactions were primarily with an employee named Gerald, whose communication was less than satisfactory, leading to further frustrations. Additionally, the company later provided a revised service description that did not align with the original contract terms. This action, along with their refusal to provide itemized receipts, raises concerns about their transparency and honesty. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. Their service did not meet the agreed-upon standards, and their business practices appeared to lack integrity.
