Called and set up an appointment for an emergency repair for a leak in my parents foundation. They agreed to come out the following day to look at it at 10 am. Waited until 2 pm with no call and no visit. Called to find out what the issue was. They told me they had accidentally double booked themselves for the same time but they would have a project manager call me right back to reschedule a visit. It’s now Thursday and no return call or no response. Unprofessional. Don’t count on them if you have an emergency.

I can not speak more highly of my experience with this company. Brandon Harris managed this project and he is awesome. Great communication skills and a pleasure to work with. Can’t remember the names of everyone on his team but Matt and JJ were here most consistently and they were wonderful. Huge thanks to all who worked on my basement for about 3 weeks.

Arrived in a timely matter. Hayden, Matt and Anonthy removed the tile and drywall quickly and set up all fans in a promptly matter to get the drying process going. Thank you guys for everything.
