I have had nothing but great experiences with the people of Pur! They are very friendly and more importantly very professional.Christian and Luciano are very efficient and are working hard to repair both rooms with water damage.i can’t say enough good things about Pur and its employees!

Giving no stars is not an option which is what this company deserves. Very disappointed with this company. I would not have picked this company if it was up to me. My insurance sent them out and I will be letting them know of their unprofessionalism. Roman is a lousy worker and very unprofessional. He sub-hired 2 men to do his work for him. These 2 men later came back and stole my cabinets and other material that was purchased by my contractor. Beware of this company because they are not doing anything to make the situation right. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

Puroclean came to our house when our kitchen flooded. They were kind, professional and did excellent work from the evaluation to the demo. Their punctuality, steady updates and fast excellent work is what makes them 5 stars. Their lead Suoervisor Roman made my family feel trust that it was going to be okay under a tough situation. The call center was highly communicative and the demo was much simpler than expected. Highly recommend!!

Unfortunately a family member had passed away in their home. We called PuroClean and they came out as scheduled, but we haven’t heard back since. The gentleman Wilson Vale said they would get back to us with a quote in 2 hours. That was almost 6 hours ago now and said that they would send that quote via email but we never left them an email nor did they ask for one. I made a follow up phone call to Wilson but the mobile number listed on his business card was the wrong number. So I had to call the company’s direct line; I left them the information and said they will get back to me but another 2 hours later and still haven’t heard anything. This isn’t just some sweep and mop situation, unfortunately it’s heavy scene and shouldn’t be left like that. The situation is hard to deal with as it is but to go through a company that doesn’t seem to care doesn’t help. I don’t recommend them.
