I give Kraus Restoration my highest recommendation! Jade has helped me twice in the past month with different issues, arriving promptly, initiating cleanup, helping with insurance issues, and answering all questions. She arrived 45 minutes after my call about the basement flood! She is professional, polite, intelligent, and thorough in her analysis. The quality of the work done by the team was excellent and I had complete trust in them. The stress of the events was significantly reduced by Jade and the team. I cannot recommend them more highly!!

Jade was our project manager she was very nice and had a professional attitude. She explained everything clearly and came out right away. It is very rare that someone will offer to help you by picking up the product you need to fix the sink, which is causing the leak. She offered to do this for us and drop it off tomorrow. In this day and age it is hard to find someone nice enough to do that. Very impressed.

We had a supply line leak in Princeton NJ. Jade came at 7 in the morning and was very informative. She cares about her job. She explained everything to us and was patient with Mr. Menken and I. We were connected to Project manager Jade Puia who came right out and did a quick evaluation of our situation and handled all the details professionally, getting the resources lined up to remediate the problem.
