I used Restoration Partner on two different major water damage losses a year apart and couldn’t have been more impressed by the quality of the work, the professionalism, the care, and the responsiveness. The first involved a broken fitting in a third floor bathroom which soaked the floors and walls of the bathroom, then the ceiling, walls and floor of the second floor bathroom below it, along with a closet and an adjacent bedroom wall and ceiling, and the first floor kitchen ceiling. Rich and his team were right on it. They prepared hundreds of pages of supporting documentation and photos for the insurance company, which ultimately approved everything that Restoration Partner detailed and costed out. The importance of that in a major loss cannot be understated. Then they took everything down to the studs, cleaned and disinfected, dried and rebuilt to an amazing standard. Not only was supporting wall and ceiling work done at the highest level, the replacement tile work was elegant and perfect. Both bathrooms are even better than before – so impressive. And the closet, walls and ceilings were perfectly reconstructed. I couldn’t have been happier at the quality of the work and great demeanor, work ethic and cleanliness of the workers, which made it easy to live with them while the major work was going on. When a pipe in our kitchen burst the following year, flooding the basement bathroom below it, I didn’t hesitate, but called Restoration Partner immediately. Again, they were quick, responsive, prepared perfect documentation for the insurer – who again paid everything, cleaned, took down everything to the studs, dried, disinfected, and completely rebuilt the large bathroom. It is beautiful. I can’t speak highly enough of the great personalities of the principals, their responsiveness, their professionalism, and the absolutely superb restoration/renovation work they did.

When I found myself within my own flooded basement, I gratefully was referred to Rich by a neighbor in the midst of her own flood recovery. He arrived quickly to examine the scene and to determine what was needed. He and his “crew” removed everything that was wet, set up drying equipment, and monitored daily until all was dry. Being a curious person, I appreciated that Rich explained what he was doing and why. He is very well educated and enjoys what he does. In the first flood (yes, I have had more), I had involvement with my insurance company. The meticulous measurements, photos and records provided to me by Rich were very helpful in documentation required by them. As a result of many years of doing this work, Rich has developed a strong network of providers of other integrated services; they know each other and communicate well with each other. I have not hesitated to use his connections for plumbing, electric, water proofing and reconstruction because having seen how professional Rich is, I knew they would be too. My house has always been protected and kept clean during the process and more importantly to me, I have always been treated with respect and my questions and concerns have always been addressed. I have required his services for 3 different types of basement floods. I never considered using anyone else.
