The previous review is almost exactly same as our experience with Restor. They came in and tore out our whole house flooring after we had water damage. They threw our personal items in the garage, some in boxes but some was not. They ruined our baseboards, Sheetrock was torn, appliances and furniture scratched. The original plan was for them to do all of the repairs but after the Sheetrock looked like a child’s work and lack of communication, we hired our own contractors (thank goodness!) So many issues to much to list. After months of being out of our home, we were sent a bill with multiple overcharges. We attempted a settlement and thought we were finished only to get yet another bill weeks later. This company sends in untrained laborers with a goal to get as much insurance money as they can. Would not recommend them at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. They did a horrible job “fixing” our home after water damage. They took twice as long as they promised. Layed tile directly on sub floor with no concrete board! Tiles were loose. The entire room was a mess. Everything had to be pulled up and redone. Wall surfacing didn’t match any other walls. Not even close. Nothing they touched looked good or was done right. I could have painted better. Dry wall job was the only job that was ok. We fired them. They are now trying to bill us for tile and other labor that we had to pay another contractor to fix. Do NOT use this company. After our issues I found out from a quick google search this guy is in litigation with other customers for not doing good work or overcharging. He keeps changing the name of his company. It’s the same owner. Wish I had searched the company first. I could have avoided all of this.

Christopher Snider and one his “shell companies” took us for $150K. Look him up on case net. There are easily 40 cases that have been filed against him and judgements have been perfected but he just files bankruptcy or just doesn’t make good after the court finds him guilty #RestorCo #FormerlyServiceMaster #TheRoofingCompany We’ll be filing criminal charges this week. He destroyed our home, left it entirely unfinished and has already stolen twenty grand or so from our insurance company, left our home uninhabitable and his employees stole everything from ladders to power tools before they walked out on the job. Had us displaced for 110 days at about $500 a day when the job should’ve taken three weeks, didn’t finish even half the work he was contracted to do and the roughly half of what “Restor Co” did do was made worse, not better, all after we spent 10’s of thousands of dollars on materials that are now destroyed. He needs to be in prison. Estimate we got to finish what they started and fix what they destroyed came in at $150k and he owes us another $200K+ in displacement reimbursement and punitive damages. He won’t get out of this one. The walls are about to come crumbling down (at our home and at HIS). Consumers beware of any company Chris Snider has his hands in. He won’t even return our phone calls, but he’ll see us in court, rest assured.
