My Mom had a mold claim that Servpro handled. They were extremely prompt, knowledgeable, professional and above all else very patient and kind. Blair Pilgrim always responded quickly and explained the process in great detail. He was readily available and came to her home often to check on progress. He created a viable plan of action out of an absolutely chaotic and unlivable situation. Servpro literally saved the day with their outstanding service. We highly recommend Blair, Ron and Courtney for exceeding our expectations. Many thanks again for getting my Mom back in her home safely and quickly.

Had water in kitchen, dining, laundry, living room from a pipe leak. ServPro came in and was very professional, friendly and hardworking. The entire team worked very hard and got the job done in 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am an out of state owner of the house that was badly damaged by fire and smoke. I live in California and my property is in Savannah, Georgia. This made the process of selection of contractors and reconstruction that much harder. I contacted several contractors and got a few quotes. I chose Servpro because their communication was on point and the price was fair. Turns out, I am so lucky to have chosen them. I got the best contractor, Ben Carlton. We met over the phone and he kept me informed of all the phases of reconstruction. I highly recommend him and this company. It was extremely stressful when I first heard of the fire and the massive damage that it had created. The place had to be gutted and completely rebuild from inside. Ben and his crew did this smoothly and I trusted his decisions. Everything turned out to be a blessing in disguise and my place now is better and prettier than it originally was. All the people in the office at Servpro were equally professional, kind and communicative. I can’t thank them enough. Stellar crew with stellar contractor. They are doing God’s work, rebuilding our homes/investments/retirement plans from disasters. I am forever grateful to them. And I am adding whole layer of gratitude on top of that since I am out of state owner in a different time zone. It can be done. Thank you Servpro and thank you Ben!

Blair pilgrim did exactly what he said they would do, his team led by misty went above and beyond what i expected. They had my house clean and smelling good after the fire in no time. And then saved me $7k, who does that. Companies usually want more money. It all started with a wonderful office staff led ny Courtney. I highly recommend ServPro of Savannah Georgia. Thanks guys 😀😀💯

This company was a life saver to us. We had a plumbing emergency where there was also mold. They were so knowledgeable and professional. In distressing times they were calm and ready to help! The crew was on time, courteous, efficient and friendly. (Also dog friendly- which helped immensely.) The problem was resolved rather quickly. It was a big job involving 2 floors and several rooms. They were done with their part in less than 14 days. (They would have been finished even sooner had our insurance company been as cooperative!!) We would definitely use them again should the need ever arise. (Which I sincerely hope it won’t. ) Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the crews they have working for them. They are always so professional and on time. They’ve all been super nice to me and even made my 87 yr old mother feel at ease with all the work going on around her. It’s such a relief knowing they have everything under control.
