We had a broken pipe in the lower level of our split entry home. 2 inches of water flooded 2 bedrooms and the family room. We were in panic mode, soon realizing that fixing this problem was beyond our capabilities. The team from Restorations by Highmark responded right away. EVERY SINGLE PERSON on the team was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and had a “can do-no problem” attitude. There are not enough superlatives in describing this team. We are so very appreciative!

We had a leaky pipe which lead to a massive rebuild of the main level of our home. Highmark did the Mitigation and rebuild and was outstanding to work with. They helped the process with our insurance and were transparent the entire time. Eric our project manager would come over and meet the contractors for the day every time someone new was coming to explain what had to be done. We also made some adjustments and high mark was able to stay within the budget allotted with the new portions of the rebuild. We would highly recommend.

We had a pipe burst in the spring and create a water leak inside our home. Highmark was quick to respond to assess damage and begin restoration to avoid and mitigate any mold. The space was transformed more beautifully than before the water damage and everything was done in a timely manor. While they were working on that project, they also were able to send someone to assess our roof (due to hail damage) and were able to get insurance approval for an entirely new roof. Highmark took care of everything and again, done in a timely manor with great attention to detail!

Put in the wrong size shower and took six times to get it not to leak. Took a job that should not have even taken six weeks and made it take six months. Won’t admit their mistake of the shower measurements insisting that it’s right. Really should change the name of the company to Lowmark or Can’t Hit the Mark.
