The first time Mighty Dry asked for a review, I told them they wouldn’t like it. They emailed me four more times asking for a review, so here goes. MIGHTY DRY WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND LEFT US WITH A BIG MESS TO DEAL WITH. I’m going to have to reevaluate my reliance on YELP reviews. Not the first time I’ve been bitten by seemingly good reviews that didn’t pan out. We had a major roof leak in October. See my bad review of Solar Tech roofing. With no time to research or compare companies, I called MD with their 5 star rating. Mario was able to get out in 90 minutes. He took care of business, got a crew in with multiple dryers and fans, and built plastic enclosures all over my house. And that’s where the 5 star service stopped. We were out for a week while the house dried. Came back and continued to live in a house with plastic enclosures in all rooms. MD referred me to a rebuild contractor they had a relationship with. See my bad review of Affordable Quality Construction. When things went south with the contractor (that MD recommended), all my phone calls to MD went to voicemail and they did not intervene with the bad contractor they hooked me up with. MD left me with plastic enclosures throughout my house that I had to remove and dispose of. They got paid $10K by my insurance but did not earn half of that. There was no restoration. Mario told me they would put everything back, just like it was before the flood. They only tore up my house, then left me to get it put back together. I’ll give them 2 stars because they started out strong before they completely abandoned my job. I would pass by this company if I were you. They will leave you hanging.

Ritchie and the team were amazing. Talk about stepping in and going above and beyond during one of the most stressful times in our lives. After we experienced a house fire, which thankfully didn’t end up burning down our house but did create a lot of smoke damage, we literally didn’t know what to do next. Using Thumbtack I looked up smoke damage clean up crew and Mighty Dry was one of the top companies that came up. After speaking with Ritchie and getting some really great advice and recommendations I knew that this was the team to help us get our house back to a living standard. Would recommend them a thousand times over.

Called into MightyDry for an inquiry on a service we needed on our home. Gizzelle (I believe that’s how you spell her name) was prompt in answering. She answered all my questions politely and welcomed my abundance of questions! Ultimately we chose Mighty Dry over other companies because of her awesome customer service. It’s a true reflection of the company. The technician showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Being a homeowner can be extremely stressful, but Gizzelle at Mighty Dry made my decision easy and will definitely be a repeat customer if any other problems arise!

I own a daycare in my home. As you can imagine many kiddos going in and out of restroom. One day I walked in my room floor was completely flooded one of my kiddos left sink on and it flooded through wall to my bedroom. It was a mess Gizzelle immediately had someone here cleaning up the mess. Very professional experience thank you for your prompt response and service.

Look no further than MightyDry if you have water damage in San Diego! Having a tech come out for a free assessment is so helpful. Sometimes you don’t know if you need to file an insurance claim or if it’s better to pay out of pocket. These guys break down all the options for you. They’re a 24/7 service and can get on the issue asap so you can avoid mold/further damage. Even if you already have mold, they can check that out for you too.
