Had an absolute terrible leak that was causing mold on my ceiling. I work out of state so I came back to it and it was pretty bad. Hydro hero came out immediately, were professional and got the job done perfect and in time for me to leave again on my flight. Absolutely would share to anyone in the same situation.

my studio apartment flooded and messed up my wood floors. it was rly inconvenient but they came and completely fixed everything and totally came in clutch so I really appreciate them for that. Definitely recommend

Hydro Hero did a wonderful job on my rental property. They responded quickly to my tenants emergency situation for a water leak from a cracked pipe that leaked down into multiple units and the underground garage and community laundry room. They showed up on site in little over an hour, got equipment set up for mitigating the water, then quickly began the drying process to prevent further mold damage. There was a significant amount of water damage to several areas of the rental building and it was quite a hefty bill but insurance stepped in, thank goodness. Also, had it not been for Hydro’s immediate response to our emergency call and acted so quickly, we could have been sitting on a much larger bill. The team they sent out were lifesavers and we were grateful to have their support.
