Had an issue with my HVAC system. The condensation line started leaking and got my ceiling wet. The paint was bubbling and I concerned about it getting moldy. My neighbor referred me to Aqua’s Concierge since he used them recently for another leak. I’m so glad that he did! David showed me with his meter that there was more damage than what we could see. He used his meters to detect the moisture and what his process would be. Very satisfied with the demolition process! They set up big walls of thick plastic with zippers to go in and out. The crew then set up a dehumidifier and other equipment to dry the framing. Few days later, they came back and did a moisture check and told me it was all dry. Really smooth process! I spoke with my insurance and they said to just forward them the bill. I hope I don’t have any other leaks any time soon, but if I do, I’m calling this company again!

High class service professionals – truly a white glove experience! Dealing with a flood in my home was very stressful, but fortunately a friend referred us to Aqua Concierge. They were timely, thorough and efficiently removed all water damage. The owner David truly helped to ease my anxiety about all of the damage and mold. I have dealt with contractors in the past who are dishonest, over-charge and under-deliver. This is not the case with Aqua!!! Could not be happier with the service!
