My first time experiencing a house flood and Emmanuel and his crew were amazing. The clean up was right away, that same night and the process afterwards was easy. I’m so happy with their patience and efforts to make my family feel comfortable. I appreciated the way Emmanuel listened to our concerns and what we hoped for in our home. The crew were very friendly and thoughtful of doing their job efficiently and well. I highly recommend Servpro Whittier if you every experience a disaster.

Emmanuel Viera treated my house as if it was his own. The craftsmanship and professionalism was beyond expectations. Would recommend them to all my family and friends. We had water damage to 2 rooms due to hot water line slab leak. Servpro of Whittier was recommended by our insurance agent. They sent Jose Arreguin and his team to assess the damage and prepare estimates for packing out the rooms, removing the carpet and then the damaged drywall and bathroom flooring. We accepted their estimate and the rooms were packed out. However before they could continue with the drywall and flooring removal asbestos/lead testing was needed due to the house’s age. These tests came back positive and so Jose coordinated the removals with a hazard materials company. That company did an excellent job with the removals and we are now ready to proceed with installation of new drywall, flooring etc. Jose remained involved throughout the process and I would certainly recommend him (and Servpro of Whittier) to anyone in a similar situation.

I have had nothing but the utmost best service with Servpro. I am so thankful for their advocacy with helping me restore my house after having a flood due to my water heating tank. Alexis has been my hero throughout this process and is my go to guy. The rest of the staff Graizley, Martha, Renee, Omar, and Emmanuel have also assisted me immensely to help rectify issues and ordeals. Thanks to Servpro I feel confident my house will look like it’s never been damaged. I would definitely recommend them to all my families and friends. If I can give Servpro a 100 stars I would do it in a heartbeat! I would like to add my 5 stars review for Emmanuel Viera with the recon department. If I can I would give him 10 stars!!! He was very attentive towards my needs and wants. At times he would call on the weekend to help discuss matters about my house and help with finding solutions for all my questions. He gave me options to choose from and advise me with those options. I am very grateful to have had Emmanuel assist me and appreciate his dedication with excellent customer service.

We had extensive water damage in our residence. Our insurance company recommended ServPro to do the initial mitigation which was done on a very professional way. I sure wished my experience was as good as the reviews!!! We had a small electrical fire in our kitchen, ServPro came out gave an estimate to clean & fix the damage. Well they did not clean anything and tore out my bottom cabinets and destroyed a couple of them. We had to replace them!! They ripped out my kitchen long before we could get any workers in there almost 2 months!!!! Now the painters are here and we noticed they didn’t clean the walls or the ceiling!!!! I don’t understand what they did here but only destroyed my custom cabinets. We definitely went with another contractor.

Thank you Servpro Whittier, you most be proud of your workers , they are very very Knowledgeable Clean and Super Professional , we had day 1 : Jose’ The big one,that is how the calling him because he other in the day 2 Jose’ little this how we understand watching is witch 😂😂😂😂again still very professional they acting like they take care the own house Rene’ Mendoza, Martha Vivanco, Nestore Floriano. I didn’t realize how detailed they are. After they finished the kitchen and the back room removals I wonder where was all the trash mess ecc, just I noticed they remove all the walls trash ecc in each single non too big bag never I experienced so much satisfaction. Operating like Family members. Thank you Servpro
