We experienced a flood last June and have had numerous contractors, subs, insurance people, etc in our home. One of the highlights was the service we received from SVMA, specifically, Travis Cole. He is professional, understanding, responsive, and polite. He either always answered his phone or texts or called back in a timely manner. It was like the Norsdstom service level of restoration with Travis leading. I wanted you to know he is terrific.

I had a leak in my toilet water supply line and was referred to Servicemaster whom my insurance company called.. They arrived quickly, assessed the problem, explained everything and fixed it quickly! Ok They were very courteous and professional! Great asset to your company!

I’ve never worked with a company that overpromised and underdelivered than ServiceMaster Anytime. There was at least 6 different times they said they were going to do _____ and never followed up on it. And because our situation was extremely sensitive – due to toxic mold – they completely screwed up on handling our “keep” vs “throw away” items. I don’t know if they lack the organizational skills or just don’t care but do yourself a favor and find business somewhere else. Avoid the headaches and frustration from this company cause that’s what you’ll get.

ServiceMaster came out to give an estimate on a fairly small downstairs room that had flooded during the Jan 2023 storms and spent about a total of 15 minutes and charged us $175. Their estimate was almost $2500 more than 2 other estimates we received, from guys who were much more thorough in the investigation of the water damage, both of whom provided us with free estimates. Huge ripoff.
