Jose and his team arrived a couple of hours after our duplex flooded (around 7:30 pm on Sunday) and they immediately began mitigation efforts. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the units were dried out.

Jose and his crew were top notch from the first call to the last. All work was done quickly with great attention to detail. Straight shooter and reasonable rates. Royal Restoration gets my absolute highest recommendation for water damage remediation and repair. Jose Munoz and his team are truly excellent. One weekend last summer we had extensive flooding from a broken water supply line that caused significant damage to 7 rooms of our house. I called Royal Sunday morning on a friend’s referral. An hour later Jose was at our door to assess the damage! From there, everything followed like clockwork: demo and remediation started Monday morning, and as soon as that was complete the repair work began. Royal handled everything and the whole job was done efficiently and with no delays (very rare, from what I understand). Jose communicated directly with our insurance adjuster (saving us a lot of headaches) and was on top of every detail of the project. It was really impressive to watch! This is a small, family-owned business run by a professional yet personable, extremely sharp and capable, responsive, hardworking, and committed individual. I recommend Jose and Royal Restoration completely!

I am so happy with the work Royal Restorations did for us! We had flood waters enter our home due to a heavy rainstorm and flash flood. Jose Munoz is one of the best people I’ve ever worked with! I’ve managed renovation, construction, and one other water mitigation project, and Jose and his team are exactly the kind of people you want on your side in the middle of a disaster — he made me feel like I was completely taken care of, in good hands. He listened to all my concerns, had helpful solutions, worked hand-in-hand with my insurance adjuster, and made the whole process as painless as possible. By far the best service I’ve ever received for this kind of detailed, complicated, multi-stage work. Jose was on top of every detail, and communicated throughout. His team were all so effecient. Their experience really showed. I was even able to leave town to get away from the stress for a few days, while they monitored, took care of my home, and communicated to me. Additionally, I believe it was especially desireable to go with a locally owned company with hundreds of local clients under their belts. It was very beneficial when it came to knowledge of our area’s costs, labor, and materials, especially when working with an insurance company headquartered outside of California. He even went above and beyond to finish the water heater closet ahead of the rest so our new water heater could be installed quickly. Fantastic work.

We are so thankful for Jose and his team. They are incredibly fast and efficient and honest. Great work, clean, and trustworthy. Highly recommend. We had a flood inside the house and they came over immediately got the wet stuff out, dried it out, and did the reconstruction. He has great relationships with plumbers and helped us to coordinate all of it and get the reconstruction done within a week. We were so thankful for how hard they worked and how quickly they took care of just everything. It helped alleviate a lot of the stress of it all. Thank you Jose and Team!!!!
