Jacob Miles is a very experienced and skilled project manager for QRS. This was our family’s first time dealing with water damage and filing an insurance claim so we had many questions, fears, and high stress. Jacob was always available to answer questions, address challenges head-on, and stayed close to us until the restoration and clean up was complete. Integrity, accountability, and customer service are all just as valuable as the water restorations skills piece, we would use QRS again but hope we don’t have to 😄.

Quantum Restoration was a godsend during one of the most difficult times I have ever gone thru as a homeowner. Quantum helped me get back into my house after hurricane Ian. The team went above and beyond all my expectations not to just get me back into our home but they helped me manage my claim and navigate thru the horrendous insurance world. They were out almost immediately after the storm to help get a tarp on my roof and continued right into remediation. The team was punctual, compassionate, hard working, respectful of our home and so much more. Recommend Quantum Restoration, they are truly the best in their industry.

I had a great experience with Quantum. They entered the house and took charge of the situation with quiet efficiency. On top of it they interacted with the insurance company and when there was a discrepancy in the amount paid, Quantum was willing to negotiate the final payment. Joel handled the dispute in the most professional way possible. Would highly recommend Quantum.

We had mold remediation done at the house because of a leak we had that caused mold build up. Patrick and his crew from QRS did a great job taking care of the problem. Patrick was very responsive, reliable and an around nice guy to work with through the whole experience , I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

ROB TOMASZEWSKI TAKES PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE JOB OF RESTORING YOUR PROPERTY AND HE ACTUALLY DELIVERS WHAT HE PROMISES. HIS PERSONNEL ARE HIGHLY TRAINED AND DEDICATED TO THEIR JOB. The rep, Patrick, was on time. He listened to my concerns. He explained everything clearly. The job was intensive and Patrick kept me informed all the way. There was a hiccup removing one sink vanity due to a prior plumbing malfunction. Patrick left a piece of equipment to keep that area dry until a plumber resolved that problem. Patrick has made this nightmare of a home disaster move smoothly.
