After noticing brown spots on a carpet, I requested PuroClean come take a look to see what was going on. Nick replied immediately and he and Tyler came the very next business day! They were so friendly and helpful. They had tools to quickly measure where our carpet was wet, what was going on in the walls, and were willing to look at other areas of the house I thought might be concerning. I don’t know much about mold, and having them here really helped us to make decisions about how to treat it. The two of them even moved furniture out of the way for us! They were efficient in setting up a professional dehumidifier and heaters or fans. They returned the next day to check on progress and determined it needed more time to thoroughly dry. They said our carpet was actually able to be salvaged, sealed the plywood floor, replaced the carpet padding, and replaced the drywall and baseboards that had been removed to dry out the wall. The price was far less than what we had expected to pay. Nick’s communication with me was always clear and quick. These two men are professional and friendly. I am so impressed with how honest and hardworking they are. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to mitigate water, fire, and mold problems.

We had a kitchen flood from the ice cube maker line. These two guys are great. They have lots of experience, work quickly without making a mess. The did the drying out process and then the rebuild. One stop shopping without having to worry about hiring two companies.one to do the mitigation and one to do the rebuilding. And their pricing is inline with other contractor, maybe even a little less.. Can’t thank them enough.

“Nick and his team at PuroClean did a great job doing a small mold remediation project for us. They were super helpful during the initial inspections and had several recommendations. What truly impressed us was their integrity in adjusting the quote when the extent of the damage turned out to be less than initially anticipated. I highly recommend Nick and his team for their excellent service and expertise. While I hope we won’t need their services again, knowing they’re available gives me peace of mind. Thank you!

I am a Commercial Property Manager and I hired PuroClean for a leak clean up job in San Francisco. They arrived within one hour and were incredibly professional and respectful. They did an excellent job on the clean up. I couldn’t believe the amount of water they extracted from the carpet and they were able to dry it all. Their pricing is industry standard. I would hire them again, especially if something happened at my home.
