I had water damage from a leak in my 1 bedroom condo. Ideal came to fix the damage. They charged me $6000 and when my insurance claims adjuster saw their bill, the adjuster said that they charged out about $1800 more than what is usual. They over billed for unnecessary overtime in labor, which was not performed. They crew had set up the drying fans and did the standard stuff. They were only there for a couple hours max, so I don’t know how they justified the overtime in labor amongst other unnecessary charges. Will make sure no one else in my complex uses them again.
