After having extensive water damage due to a busted water heater, I was glad that I decided to use Servpro. The damage included 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. From the initial contact with Eric to the finishing touches, I was impressed with the various departments and their professionalism. Eric was very thorough and reassuring. Abraham and his staff were efficient in packing out my furniture and belongings. After the drying out process with constant monitoring, floors were removed, lower portions of walls were removed and kitchen cabinets were removed. The office staff always called to inform me of who would be out the following day. They were on time, professional and polite. The people who returned my furniture from the pack out were so careful and the gal who cleaned everything ( walls, floors and mirrors) was excellent. Tawny kept everything moving smoothly. Under the circumstances, it was a positive experience.

We called after a flood and Serve Pro came out right away. From the office staff (Tawny was amazing) to the crew(Eric and his crew knew their stuff) everyone was on top of it. Things were dried out and they even helped us to figure out what to do next! Would definitely recommend !

Iris and Raul helped me clean my apartment. They were both very friendly, understanding, patient, professional, and a real joy to be around. My experience was a very pleasant one. I had been worrying about it before they came because it was my first time and I had someone before that tried to help but threw away a bunch of my things, etc.

Oh my gosh I can’t say enough about ServPro Uptown…they helped out one of my clients with a water loss and everything was smooth and seamless from beginning to end. They work directly with State Farm as a preferred service provider and ultimately the client wasn’t confused as a result of the teamwork between our company and ServPro’s. They’ve won my trust and I look forward to seeing them serve other clients who are dealing with the unexpected (a claim). Breath of fresh air for me as the insurance agency owner knowing that my clients are in the right hands (not to be confused with the slogan of one of my direct competitors). Robert and his team were there in no time when water damaged happened. Setup everything so fast. Entire team was professional and productive. Robert came in everyday on time to check up on the water damage and mold. Everything was so smooth and if there was any problems he would fix them. Definitely will be doing business with them if anything else happens! Thank you !!

We had a leak in the ceiling of our condo, and Servpro came out quickly to evaluate the situation and dry out our saturated drywall. Garrett came out daily to monitor the situation. He was friendly and professional and kept us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend the entire team!
