Jackson from same day restoration truly arrived same day (within 2 hours). Helped me save money, saved me from making a mistake with my health by asbestos, and came up with a plan to fix my wall/roof leak. Update: Same Day Restoration came in steep with the price… not sure if that’s because they were expecting insurance to cover it or not. Just make sure you understand all of the fees before you sign.

If your ever looking for an estimate, i couldnt make a higher recommendation for Chris Deal on the Mitigation side. He came out, did a detailed inspection of the damaged areas. Chris provided clear details and explanation of my options and the costs and even went above and beyond in marking up the damaged areas and a solid rundown of things i should look out for when it comes to water damage. If you’re looking for an estimate from someone who is clearly knowledgeable i recommend reaching out. It’s clear he puts customers first.

I contacted Same Day Restoration for help with a slab leak and possible water damage to carpet. Jackson Larsen, the mitigation representative, was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He promptly arrived for the appointment, explained that we actually didn’t need to remediate after providing a free test for moisture (didn’t find any). I would recommend Jackson/Same Day for remediation services.

Same Day Restoration helped restore our property after a water leak. Damage to a water-logged ceiling that eventually caused water to seep into living room created need for rapid response. We appreciated their prompt attention, customer focus and accountability in doing the job right. We set a deadline to have the property restored and Same Day met the mark – which was very beneficial to our family.

5 stars for Dylan Bruner! He completed the restoration of my kitchen, and he did a fantastic job! He arrived when he said he would and work diligently to meet my standards. I would recommend working with him, he was an all-around pleasant person! I did run into an unpleasant person while working with this company and I wouldn’t recommend him, his name is Rafael. He was abrupt and when he removed my cabinets he damaged one of them.

I called Same Day Restoration and spoke to Kristen Schwersensky regarding a crawl space odor. She and Jackson arrived at my house within the hour and did a very thorough inspection of my home. Jackson was very knowledgeable and they both provided great information on how to remedy my concerns. I highly recommend giving them a call for any of your restoration needs. Dylan Bruner, of the rebuild team was great. He rebuilt undersink box of our kitchen caninets. Being a cabinet maker is one thing. Being able to partially disassemble and rebuild an existing cabinet, while temporarily supporting the weight looks a bit like trying to combine a Jenga and a Jigsaw Puzzle. I was most appreciative of the fact that he was able to remove existing outer pieces without breaking them, minimizing our down time and carry over affect of this water damage. I also greatly appreciated the extra couple of hours he put into an already long day, to finalize the job. This allowed us to stay on schedule w a plumber coming the next morning finalizing the job. Highly recommend these guys.
