Servpro came to my house for inspection and mitigation after a Tornado came through our area. We had roof damage and water damage throughout the house. I was verbally quoted between 18-22k to perform the service, which I agreed upon. After Evan and his team did the work the charge was now $42k, double of what I was quoted originally. He gave me the run around about getting a quote beforehand saying it would take hours and he would have to charge for his time, which I understand, but he was being resistant and I trusted him with the original quote. My advice would be to make sure they give you a written price ahead of time so that you don’t end up paying out way more than expected.

My experience with Servpro was amazing. Izzy, Ceaser, Danny and Brandon far exceeded my expectations in their professionalism, friendliness, hard work and focus on the task at hand. They worked tirelessly on a big job that lasted until after 8:00 at night. They all kept a positive attitude throughout the job from beginning to end and I give them the highest of recommendations.
