From Steve, the senior estimator, to Colton, the project manager, to Chuy, the repair technician, they were prompt and professional and took pride in the quality of their work. I’ve known the Gerloff team for years and they are truly great people. My team showed up to our office on a Saturday morning to get caught up at work and found an absolute mess when they arrived. Water had been leaking upstairs which ended up bringing down many ceiling tiles along with other water damage from the continuous leak.
