Doan Restoration responded quickly. Doug came out and assessed damage and worked quickly To start the mitigation process. Haley helped answer all my million questions as I’ve never dealt with this before. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are flexible patient and knowledgeable. Their work was outstanding. They made the process a little less painful! Highly Recommend!!

The Doan staff has been so helpful and amazing through the entire process. My bathrooms flooded and created a lot of damage. They immediately came in to assess and got to work quickly with next steps. I was checked on daily and walked through the entire step process. Everyone on staff (Ben, Hailey, Doug) have been super kind and hospitable. You never hope to have to utilize their services, but if you do, this is the team you want!

Doan Restoration is top-notch! After the plumbing issue (manifold leak in kitchen ceiling) was resolved with another company. Benjamin with Doan Restoration came out and got to work. He was beyond AMAZING very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Benjamin knows what he’s doing. His work speaks for itself. I would highly recommend Doan Restoration!

I would definitely recommend Benjamin! He was very professional and hardworking. He showed me every step of the process and was very detailed of everything that was to come next, also he was always on time! If you want the job done right I would recommend Benjamin. As well Hailey is amazing working every step of the way with insurance and keeping me informed. This team has the best communication skills I have encountered with, 100% recommended!!
