They put a fence up about a week after my house fire, by then I had already been looted repeatedly. When the looters cut the fence to get in they “said” they fixed it. But the pictures I have show a different story. Also they waited for over 3 weeks to tell me the test results i’m whether it was safe to go inside the house or not, Then harassed me to find out if I cleaned out the inside of the house yet.

John Buckingham with the First Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Oregon. During the last big ice and snowstorm, we discovered we had a major leak on our roof. I was told by our insurance agent that I might want to consider Servicemaster to help with the preparation and restoration. Servicemaster came and removed all the ruined sheet rock, insulation, and other items. After the roof was fixed, the restoration unit came and put everything back. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the employees. Very happy that we went with Servicemaster!

Absolutely Premier efficiency, professional attention, customer service focus, engaged function and most delightfully unexpected the willingness to address the overall scope of the normal work load at hand while simultaneously flexing to the specific needs of this particular job. Particular kudos and shout outs to Nicole and Samantha in negotiating the return of all the belongings in a metered manner while in the face of what I ABSOLUTELY KNOW to be their current overburdened and demanding circumstances. This is our first experience with dealing with a broken pipe in our home. I called my insurance company and explained the situation. My insurance company placed a call to Servicemaster. Within 45 minutes I received a call from Servicemaster saying they would have a technician there within a hour. I cleaned up the water in the bathroom and they took care of the rest. Pulling carpet, baseboards removing tact strip. Then set up the fans and dehumidifiers. They truly know what they are doing, so much as Im going to have them do the restoration.
