Serv Pro came out same day and we’re very courteous when our office water heater leaked all over the office. Chuck and Jessica were very knowledgeable and arrived when they said they would on all days of their services. Id give more than five stars if i could!

I suggest you contact a different Servpro location or a different remediation company. You should NOT use the Servpro located in Safety Harbor. I have been waiting on my insurance claim to be resolved for 6 months. The hold up has been the “questionable” items this company submitted to my insurance company. One such item is that this Servpro said they painted the walls of the affected area twice. They did not paint any walls at all! They were non responsive to our insurance company with regards to their estimate, which continues to delay my insurance company reimbursement. I told the servpro rep that I could pay their balance when I received my insurance check for the damage. They were the reason for the delay. Not only were they non responsive to my insurance company, they placed a lien on me for non payment approximately 1 DAY after receiving a revised(increase of $900!) invoice. I recommend you contact a different servpro location than this one. I have posted a picture from the estimate Servpro of Safety Harbor submitted this week(2/12/2024), 4 months AFTER the work was complete. This representation is only one of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and family room with the same fraudulent claims.

The guys at ServPro are great at what they do. Brian, Tony, Jose, and team did a phenomenal job mitigating water damage in my home. They’re punctual, thorough, and they kept me informed during the entire process. Highly recommend them if you need any type of mitigation services.
