I would never, ever hire this company to do work. We had contracted them to do repairs to a water damaged bathroom through our insurance. Initially they did a fantastic job with the remediation of the water damage – keeping the area clean and well protected and were amazingly communicative about processes and issues. We were happy enough at that point to hire them on a related but separate issue to do some repairs (during which they damaged the ceiling in our bathroom, which they said they would repair when they did the restoration). They had offered the ability to do bathroom changes and upgrades against insurance coverage as a standard practice. However, when we questioned some double billed line items in the contract, they abruptly canceled the contract. Leaving the huge hole in our ceiling that they caused and not responding when asked what they planned to do about it. Additionally, they completely messed up all the details for the claim coverage with our insurance company resulting in every payment made to them to be cancelled. We immediately reached out to them via email and phone to address the fact that we knew they were owed payment and to reiterate that they had not addressed the damage they caused. They never responded. Multiple messages were sent directly to the branch manager, Brian Asbury, but he never responded once. We consistently tried to reach management to get this resolved with over a dozen emails and phone messages; messages were even left with office personnel. There is no doubt that we were being purposefully avoided and all we wanted was to pay them for the work provided. Three months later we received a late payment notice for a bill we were never even sent, for an amount that did not even tie with the estimates or billing we had received for the work finished. Doing the right thing, we sent a payment for what we felt we owed them, providing a full list of estimates costs, billings, and deposits to them and included a deduction for the repair (as provided by the company we hired to repair it) we had to do to the ceiling they damaged. We also requested they reach out to us to clarify the details. The payment was cashed, yet no contact or follow-up occurred. We received an additional late payment notice for the remaining amount of what they had claimed we owed them (less than $300) difference. Once again phone calls were made to reach the branch manager, Brian Asbury, but he did not return our call. We have escalated a reply to a district manager, but (not) surprisingly have heard nothing back. The minute Jenkins decided they did not want to do the work as contracted, all communication shut down. This is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with and the lack of reasonable dialogue non-existent. There are way better run companies in such a highly competitive industry.

Engaging with this company has been an absolute debacle. Initially the process was promising. However, they’ve proven to be untrustworthy, deceiving me and provided conflicting information repeatedly. Action seems to only occur after I exert pressure over the phone, demanding explanations for the incessant delays. The project manager’s behavior is particularly egregious. I receive conflicting information daily, and the lack of personal acknowledgment—referred to merely as ‘sir’—is telling of their disinterest and lack of commitment. It’s evident they prefer to outsource the labor while hastily collecting payment. Given these circumstances, I strongly advise against this company. For those seeking peace of mind and reliability, steer clear.

My home had water damage as a result of a roof leak. The damage was in my music room with a very expensive baby grand piano and various other musicial instruments & personal pictures. When the crew arrived at my home (ON TIME) lead by the supervisor, Mr. Derrick, the were polite, very knowledgeable and extremely informative. Mr. Derrick explained what they were about to do and why. The crew did not waste time but went about there work professionally & in a timely manner. I could go on and on about how please I am with my experience with Supervisor Derrick & his amazing crew. Thanks Jenkins for putting me in “GOOD HANDS!”

What a wonderful company to work with. From Start to finish Jenkins was very informative on every step of my roof replacement. The employees that I worked closely with are Demi and Chuck. They went out of their way to help me with my Insurance claim and speaking with my adjustor. They both worked with me to guide me through the process and made sure it was completed in a very timely fashion. The workmanship and pride Jenkins took with my roof was impeccable. I highly recommend Jenkins for any of your home repairs. I would definitely use them again. Thank you again for the amazing job you did on my roof.

In June 2023, a water pipe burst in my 2nd floor laundry room, resulting in water damage to the 1st and 2nd floors of my home. Jenkins Restoration was recommended by my insurance company to facilitate the water mitigation. The water mitigation team, specifically, Derrick Stevens, did such a thorough and professional job, that I asked for the rebuild to be completed by Jenkins Restoration as well. From the onset, Mr. Orlando Boch was professional and receptive. During this challenging event Mr. Boch responded immediately to any issues that occurred. He went, what I considered, above and beyond the customer service experience that I expected. Thanks to the team of Jenkins Restoration, and Mr. Orlando Boch, Project Manager, my home looks great. I appreciate their hard work and dedication through this process.

Jenkins contracted the job out to a non qualified contractor. More so Jenkins did not proactively and consistently monitor the individual or the work irregardless of customers shared concerns. Months later we are still negatively impacted by Jenkins extremely poor workmanship. Mold formed as a result of their Shady unethical business practice. Charging insurance company top price and contracting work out to non qualified non licensed, non documented workers. To top it off we can’t get a response from the companies executive office and no one has ever accepted our offer to come out and inspect the poor work first hand. We are left with no other option put to seek legal action as problem continue to unfold all from a minor water over flow from a bathroom sink. Existing damage are: pipe clogged with caulking, floor not leveled, exposed metal results in cuts from floor and lining, cabinets cheap slanted poor quality. Should have known this was a street business after the General Contractor pressured us into writing the final payment payable to him after he ensured us he would come back to correct the poor work man ship stating “ I tried to give these guys a job and told them to call me if they didn’t know what to do but they failed me, I want use them again”- Christian My family was scared and said pay these people and hope the PM who so conveniently reference God and being a good person comes back and makes this right. Well he didn’t.
