If I could give 10 stars, I would!! We had a pipe burst over this past weekend between the kitchen cabinet wall and the exterior wall. Water was pouring out of our siding. Dave answered our after hours call and had someone over immediately setting up air movers and dehumidifiers. This morning Dave came to assess the damage and give us our options. He spent well over an hour with me, showing me what went wrong and where and what our best options are. Fortunately our damage is minimal and we can fix the issue on our own. Dave was a wealth of knowledge and patience and he could have easily sold me on a big project that was not needed. I will 100% not hesitate to call Dave back in the future if needed and would feel absolutely confident recommending Rock Emergency to family and friends. Thank you!

Prompt and professional. We called on a weekday afternoon and they were onsite to walk within a couple hours. They were mobilized and working the following morning, and done by the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

Wow! That’s literally the only word I can use to come to close to describing the service received from Rock Emergency Services. My family recently suffered some health issues and a frozen pipe burst in our family home. The house was in terrible condition and disrepair. This was an emotional and challenging time for us. Not only was Paul and his team empathetic to our situation but the exceptional service we received from them far exceeded our expectations. I would STRONGLY and happily recommend them for any service any day.

I would like to thank Rock Emergecy service especially Kevin ,Paul and there excellent staff for there promt and and quiality work .Not only did i have a problem at my home , but unfortunately i need emergency service at my resteraunt pane vino on the river. There crews arrived at each property with in a hour of notification of the problems .There fully equipt for the water damage and pluming services I needed but througly cleaned and sanitized problem areas .I was very impressed with the worknship that, I had them sanitize and clean the entire restaurant other then the problem areas . My condo got damaged by neighbors fire. Dave and his crew helped me from start to finish. When I mean start, Rock Emergency got here a few minutes after the fire department. They put all my belongings in a pod, had all my clothing sent to the dry cleaners. They sealed my floors and laid new beautiful floor planks. Dave got me an EXCELLENT deal on my floors! They monitored all water in walls, floors, etc. The same night of the fire, I had an ozone machine and fans in my unit. I’m totally amazed that while going through a fire damage, I felt no stress, no worries and did’t have to do a thing. Dave and his team took care of everything, I literally mean everything! They over did themselves with nothing but GREAT service! THANKS DAVE!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟 STARS GUARANTEED
