Jackie came out promptly to look at the issue I was having. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful and diagnosed a problem other than mold and mildew. She explained to me how the problem had happened. I was so appreciative of her time and teaching, even though I wasn’t going to be a customer. However, I will most definitely call them back if I ever do have a mold and mildew problem.

Very prompt and professional service. Jackie is very knowledgeable in restoration. We had an emergency water damage and we where assisted by Jackie, she was very helpful not only with explaining the process but guiding us and we had no problems with our insurance provider. I would recommend A&J to all our friends and colleges if They ever have a water damage, fire damage or mold problem in their home.
