Paul Davis completed restoration services on our home in January 2023. Prior to completion, we raised concerns of the carpet in our bedroom forming bubbles but was told by the sub contractor this is common since we have heavy furniture and we only need to have platforms under our bed to reduce them from forming. They placed four plates under each leg of our bed. But almost a year and half later, the bubbles only continued to get worse and now we have them throughout our entire bedroom! It doesn’t help that when they were initially put in the contractor had to come out, twice, to repair the floor since they were improperly installed.
