Hector Aguilar and his team at Padgett’s made my flood restoration experience smooth and easy! He guided me through the whole process from start to finish and was always available and quick to respond to my litany of questions! Everyone at the main office was pleasant and helpful… Look no further for you flood and fire needs!! This is the excellent team you want, hands down!!

Five star rating … for now. [Late May 2023] Extremely prompt on both 1) responding to my initial online inquiry, and 2) getting me scheduled for, and performing the repair estimate. Scott arrived on time; was very professional, detailed, patient and informative. However, been waiting 2 wks to receive the written repair quote. Sure, customers prefer thoroughness over swiftness, but 2 wks waiting for a quote- seems a bit much.

From beginning to end Padgett was the best .Everyone involved from the project manager Debbie and every worker and subcontractor was very professional and motivated to please the customer (Me) Everyone was happy to be employed by Padgett and it showed I’m their workmanship and attention to detail Don’t go anywhere else You will be happy you took my advise

Padgetts came out within hours of my call to to insurance. Prompt and courteous. Tanner and George were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They talked us through the process and went over every question we had. They worked hard and cleaned up before leaving. They were very respectful of our home and the loss. We are so grateful we chose Padgetts. They made this very difficult circumstance a little easier.

Padgetts was able to work with me regarding my deductible. They were able to work with me and made sure that the work performed came under my deductible and I didn’t not have to submit a claim.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the floor restoration Padgett’s performed in my house. First- the job started on December 16 and was not completed until approximately February 16-17. This was approximately a 3 week job that took over 2 months. We were in a hotel the entire time. Second- the cleaning crew only cleaned the area where the floors were replaced despite the fact that the dust and grit had permeated all the rooms in my house. When I asked Padgett’s cleaners about the other rooms, they indicated that Mike said ” we didn’t do any work in those rooms”. I had to hire a cleaner to come in to clean my house and remove the grit and dust that remained. Third-my toilet, which they removed from the bathroom, is still sitting in the front of my house and closet doors are resting on the closet because the track was not not been replaced, legs for the sofa are missing and the baseboards have not been painted as promised. I can not in good conscious recommend this company to anyone. As I read your company values I could not help but think that this job was certainly not done with those values in mind. I would appreciate your attention to this matter as soon as possible.

Review update: So now that all is left is carpet cleaning I do want to update my review. Cabinets were built beautifully same with the counter amazing quality and great install. The plumber had good communication and did a quick awesome job too. Top of the line craftsmanship is why I’m updating my review. Just got off the phone with the contractor after reporting my issues by contacting the number listed here. had a pipe burst. After it’s repair our insurance company USAA suggested this company. 9 weeks later we had our cabinets installed. Carpets still haven’t been cleaned. Our insurance paid, we paid our portion about 11 weeks ago now. I’ve been told to expect the sink in 2-4 weeks. Still with no communication about the carpet cleaning. We’ve been waiting to put our house on the market. I’m so regretful and frustrated That we choice Padgett’s services .
