Today all the rest of our furniture and laundry was delivered. Jennifer,( who was here initially for laundry pack out as well as packing and cleaning. She is a great lead and teaches and encourages others ) Santiago(also helped pack out), Franklin(was here multiple times and ready help where needed ) and Hector (who is new but you’d never know)were outstanding. They were very careful and removed shoes to walk on our newly refinished floors . We are so thankful for Cloud Contents. Sintia the project manager was especially great as a communicator and getting answers we needed. The past help in packing out and cleaning were also amazing Vince was the lead in packing out and was great in communication, training the new ones as being very careful with fragile and delicate items. He brought fun and laughter to his team which always makes a job more enjoyable. He helped us in multiple ways. Fernando was his right hand man who was careful, a hard worker and tall and strong Shout outs to Samantha who came the last day with Vince to inventory and bag the entire burned garage. Sam was very detailed and organized and also a great lead. Emily who came many times Reina also came more than once Finally the Admin staff helped us in so many ways. Emily, Trisha and Suggestions? Get your own donate and contracts. Don’t be connected to 23Restore. Give traumatized owners more time to think and decide before rushing in to take over. Don’t have them sign contracts hours after a fire. Walk through the house and take photos or notes or tag items according to type of care needed. Forst night EMA is good but then slow down in packing out. Do laundry by room and detailed photos like EMS did. I could not identify by photos and keep the same vocabulary as to the items Example : a baby blanket, a large bed blanket , bed comforters, pillow cases, bed spreads , quilts

Cynthia, Vince, Hector and Jennifer were amazing. Highly recommend this company. Very friendly and informative. Sam went above and beyond. I am very thankful for all the hard work Sam and Hector did to clean our house after a fire. I appreciate both of you so much. Sam thank you for all the tips in keeping a full house of animals and people deep cleaned. I am glad you had more help the last couple days.

The Cloud Team of Elias,Danielle & Genesis were very professional, supportive to me as homeowner. This was extremely organized, hard working, dedicated to after fire experience. Their skills were excellent in all areas: inventory of household goods, clothing, salvageable & non salvageable items, special care items, personal jewelry & keepsakes. THANK YOU PAT My 2nd Review is for my Housefire Clean Up Restoration for My Attached Garage Clean Up. The team that was in charge of this job were Gunnar, Yoselin & Elena. This team was very professional as my Comfort Content House Team Was. Their communication skills were great…updating , asking questions & sharing timelines & job specifics. They were very efficient, they had to work through some rain at the end of day 1. It was very windy & their skills were excellent. This team was positive at all times. Their professional skills of packaging salvageable garage items and separating unsalvagble ones was excellent.They were were hardworking as a team, mastering garage needs. They were dedicated to the task & prioritized the garage restoration needs.The 2nd day was a half day. Again the team continued & finished the job with a strong ethical work effort. Cleaning packing team of Vince, Flo, Danielle, and Kylee were top notch they packed our personal stuff with care and always asked if there was a question about an item. Just want to say that it was nice when I spoke to people about where my brother worked and they had already heard of him and they had stated that Vince was very professional very forthcoming and did the job very well it’s nice as a brother to hear these things when they did not know that I was his brother I did not mention that to them but I had mentioned the name of the company and what they thought and the first thing that they had to say was about Vince that’s so good to hear keep up the good work you have a great guy there
