We had American Disaster Restoration fixed the damage from a water leak from our 2nd floor bathroom that leaked through the ceiling of our living room. They came out quickly and were very professional. We worked with Eric who did a great job communicating with us. They provided drying fans and then fixed and painting our ceiling. They did a wonderful job and we would use the again.

ADR was a such pleasure to work with. Eric, the project manager, was always transparent about cost, damages, and what to expect from the repair process. Patrick, Carson, and Jorge and their team did an excellent job with repairs. Not only was the quality of their work great, they consistently communicated their next steps and made sure we were on the same page before moving forward. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

American Disaster Restoration did a great job! My townhome’s first floor room had water damage from my next door neighbor’s overflowing bathroom. Eric and his guys came in, moved furniture, pulled out the soiled carpet and sanitized the entire room! They worked quickly and efficiently to get the area dried out and ready for restoration. During this time Eric worked with me to get replacement flooring. Once I got the flooring picked out, they purchased it for me, scheduled me quickly for installation, and got it all installed within a couple of days! They even moved the furniture back for me! These guys did great work and if anything unfortunate should happen like this again, I’ll definitely be calling on them for help.

Thank you ADR team for getting my house back in top form! After experiencing water damage from a leak on the second floor, I contacted ADR after a friend referred their services. After speaking with Eric, our Project Manager, he promptly scheduled a meeting to come out and assess the repairs needed. We agreed to the plan he suggested, and he gave me a follow up email stating all the details we discussed along with pricing. The ADR crew did a great job from start to finish, and you can’t even tell there was any water damage on the ceiling at all! Highly recommend using them if you want quality work done.

We had a water leak under our kitchen sink, that went down through the cabinet to the bathroom below it. It ruined our 2 year old floors, and most of the bathroom had to be gutted. We decided to turn this in to an opportunity of having things done in the house we had dreamed about. Eric and his crew were *amazing*. We had our ceilings scraped, took a wall out separating our kitchen from the living room, added an island, got all new kitchen cabinets and flooring. It was an intense several weeks, and soo worth it in the end. Eric, Kyle, Patrick, Jorge and crew took such good care of us. They were professional, respectful, and stood behind their work. We are so happy with the work they did, and highly recommend them for all of your home restoration and remodel needs.

I have had to use these guys twice in the last few years. Both times for leaking appliances. Both times they showed up the day of the accident and were able to start remediation within 24 hours. They were very professional and did an excellent job for us. I highly recommend using them if you need to.

I had a set of propane gas logs malfunction and Soot and smoke my entire home. Eric brought in a crew first to completely clean everything in my house, dishes cabinets closets walls ceilings top to bottom He then brought in a terrific painting crew that spent six days repainting ceilings walls and every single room of my house We then had to replace all of the carpet in the house, and I ended up with brand new furniture and the front living room and sunroom. Eric was extremely patient with me, the project took a while everything is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier, and I made a good friend in the process
