Evergreen and all sub contractors they use are absolutely top notch! We suffered damage caused by a plumbing leak and Evergreen took care of everything start to finish. The staff communicated clearly every step of the way, the workers were courteous and very skilled and everyone went over and above to return my home to an even better version of what it was. They will always be my go to for any future home construction needs!

I love this company. We have had them work on a couple projects two little ones. We are currently in the middle of a major insurance claim with them doing all the mitigation demo and repairs. My whole kitchen flooded. The mitigation team with Emily Everett Corey and Nick we’re absolutely fantastic they came in they were professional they handled the job they were very respectful of my schedule, the dogs and kids. Then we moved on to the repair part with Liz and Shanelle having great communication about the steps to get the repairs done. When you have a huge project and as a homeowner you don’t know the process don’t know the timetable You don’t know how the cost and insurance all work together it can be really daunting and scary. Evergreen Restoration has absolutely made this whole thing go smoothly and relatively stress-free I cannot say enough great things about them. People around us are friends and family are really worried about the house and we are just like we’re fine Evergreen Restoration is going to take care of this and everything’s going to be beautiful. Tile flooring countertops cabinets and our siding all start this week and next week. I cannot wait. If you have an issue call them you will not be disappointed you will be so happy you did.

Evergreen was called on 25 January 2022. Clean up of damage by their subcontractor was fast. Restoration has been very poor and timely. They started restoration 3 and half months from being contacted. It is now June 25, 2023 and restoration is still not completed. Their project manager did not even come to review damage until i called 3 monthes later.Recommend this company not be used.

I’m still finding incomplete work they painted my bathroom and dripped paint everywhere no-one ever seemed to know what job they needed to complete the original design for the new cabinet was not what they installed the wrong cabinet fronts and layout, my bathroom door needs to be rehung since it doesn’t close any more not to mention being exposed to asbestos for months , it was the worst experience I’ve ever had 0/10would not recommend and if it was up to me they would have been fired but my insurance company said they were the only ones we could go through.

Recommended bu my insurance company after the tub valve decided to leak. A different company did the water mitigation. They came out to estimate the damage, handed me a folder saying this was my paperwork, and were there for all of 7 minutes to look at the bathroom, bedroom and garage. When he left, he didn’t say anything, and left the garage open. Not really impressed.
