They got the basement dried out so I’m grateful for that, but other than that, don’t use them. Don’t let the contents team touch your stuff. Do it yourself, or get a moving company. They don’t know what they’re doing and will mess up your belongings. Find a contractor right from the start too. Their rebuild team will take forever, and you will be stuck with broken windows, and whatever damage caused your flood.

Mitigation worker Jesus and his team were excellent. All workers were courteous, professional and hard working. Dean had to rebuild the sink cupboard and made it match perfectly. Scott was meticulous with painting and the floor installers made it all look good. Five stars for sure.
