From start to finish, this was an excellent experience and we recommend this team very highly. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and highly skilled at their work. Despite a big challenge we faced with a water leak, they made it very easy for us and communicated well. A special shout out to Bret Luoma (Group Lead), Cyrus Welden (Project Lead), and Isaiah Reynoza. Great work guys and it was much appreciated.

Great company to work with. We had a pipe burst during freezing temperatures that took out several rooms and a hallway. The repair looks better than the original!

I work for a Property Management company in Sandpoint, ID. We called Disaster response this past winter for a major pipe burst/flooding at a large vacation rental. They responded within a few hours, and got right to work. It was a massive project with a ton of demolition and remediation. Derek the manager was always responsive and communicated both with me and the home owner every step of the way. I will hire them again if any of our homes ever have need.

Disaster Response is immediate, incredible customer service and got the job done exactly how i wanted providing knowledge and assistance throughout the week long process. My hot water tank failed and flooded my house. Disaster Response knocked it out of the park as far as professionalism, communication, and quality of service. David was my primary contact and he was always communicating with me about progress, the scope of the damage, and what the next steps were. On the night of the flood the crew responded quickly and immediately got to work mitigating the flooding and starting the drying process. Jenae was another contact that was always incredibly professional and quick to respond to questions. I have nothing bad to say about Disaster Response in Post Falls, and would recommend them if anyone unfortunately also needs their services in the future.
