Clean and Dry Restoration repaired the water damage in our residence. The drywall and paint completed by subcontractors looked fantastic. We assumed that “restoration” meant repairing all of the damage, but they later informed us that this job was not a full restoration. Due to time constraints, neither they nor I had the luxury of completing the rest of the repair. There were instances where communication could have been improved. After that, the owner reached out to me and apologized for their shortcomings. I have faith that the proprietor will continue to give excellent value and quality products.

They didn’t take long to get my bathroom ready for the water damage cleanup. He also helped me get in touch with my insurance company so I could file a claim. Everything got done on time. Clean and Dry Restoration just fixed another scary situation that was turning into a nightmare. No one could see that a unit had been leaking for a long time, but when we found it, there was mold, mildew, water damage, etc. Clean and Dry Restoration came in, cleaned up the mess, and got rid of all the gross. They always answer quickly. Their staff is professional and can clearly explain how they do things, so you can make the best choice. I call them whenever something bad happens (floods, leaks, etc.), and they are always very calm and nice. Even though I know we need the rain, I don’t like that my house is flooding. Because of this, some mold has been growing for the past few weeks. Josh and Casey were able to fix the damage because they were nearby. They both treated the house with care and were happy to help. Where do I even begin… Josh and his crew at Clean and Dry Restoration are outstanding. If you don’t have the time to read about my personal experience with Clean and Dry Restoration, just know this: THEY DELIVER EXCELLENCE IN EVERY ASPECT, FROM PERFORMANCE TO RESULTS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Need I elaborate? I received an emergency call from the tenant of our rental home regarding a water leak in the laundry area. I quickly contacted Clean and Dry Restoration, and a few hours later, they dispatched someone to assess the situation. It turned out to be a long-term leak, marking the beginning of a lengthy project. They began the following day by set up shop, closing off the laundry area, and getting to work. Not long after, I received a phone call from Clean and Dry Restoration informing me that they observed the linoleum peeling up in one of the bathrooms as well as the growth of MOLD. I was in a state of shock and required therapy, which I didn’t realize was so common and such a significant part of their job. A few weeks later, I received another phone call from Clean and Dry Restoration informing me that the tenant had asked them to investigate a foul odor coming from under the kitchen sink, which turned out to be another MOLD nightmare. Okay, I about had a heart attack when I learned that the explanation for the leak was that it was a long-term problem with substantial damage. Consequently, the project became overwhelming, and one can only imagine the financial and emotional burden involved. I became acquainted with everyone in the office on a first-name basis, and if I required information, I was always greeted with a smile. Due to the fact that this got litigious, my lack of organizational skills made this a difficult task. A few months later, we were actually issued with a small claims lawsuit by the renters, and I had to rely on the team for an extraordinary level of help — much above what was required. Sue was busy emailing me photo files and spending extra time with me in the office to explain each shot so that I had a complete understanding of its significance. Yesterday was the court session, and Josh was scheduled to testify as an expert witness. I’ve never in my life witnessed someone so composed and collected, especially while being verbally assaulted by the tenant. He spoke with candor, conviction, and the utmost sincerity. I am impressed and keep talking about it. As articulate as I am, it is easy for me to become emotional in court (which is not a place I’ve spent much time) and I’ve definitely picked up a thing or two—- 1.bring Josh 2.bring Josh and retain the services of Clean and Dry Restoration. We do not yet know the outcome of the hearing, but I can assure you that Clean and Dry Restoration ultimately made a difference. They managed the job from start to finish, and I am grateful for their assistance.They have integrity and high standards of work, and I can’t say enough AMAZING things about their entire staff, so thank you so much, and I will absolutely 100% recommend you to all of my family and friends, as well as those I don’t know who need to hire a company with values and honest, hard-working people who truly care. They also assisted us financially. You can only imagine how much work they ended up doing on the house, which is now nearly brand new after being renovated in so many sections, in order to guarantee that it is mold-free.

Clean and Dry Restoration was contacted to help solve an ongoing mold problem. Upon my best efforts, it seemed like the mold had returned as soon as I thought I was getting rid of it. As such, I found myself in need of professional assistance. I contacted the customer support agent as soon as I noticed a problem in our property.
